Despite our name, Arctic Properties LLC is based in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. What sets us apart is we are experienced investors, but also have real estate agents and a large list of other investors looking for similar homes. If we can't work out a deal with you to buy your home, we'll do our best to find another buyer for your property.
