Why should I sell Subto?

What is creative financing?

Seller finance, why?

With seller financing, you are the bank!  We negotiate with you directly, eliminating the bank, therefore you collect the monthly payment, and interest.  All payments still go through a loan servicing company just as they would with a mortgage, so they send you the mortgage payment rather than the bank.
